Brew guide

Pour-over

15g coffee to 250ml water at 92 to 94°C. Bloom for 30 seconds, then pour in stages to about 2 minutes 30 seconds total.

Grind

Use a medium grind. Go finer if the cup tastes thin, coarser if it turns bitter.

Best black

Enjoy without milk to taste the origin character.

Good to know

Roasted in small batches. Rest the beans about 5 to 10 days after the roast date, and enjoy within 4 weeks for peak flavour.

Store airtight, away from light, heat and moisture. Grind just before brewing.
