Shipping & delivery
Free shipping over RM60 in Peninsular Malaysia. Rates for East Malaysia are calculated at checkout.
Returns & refunds
Matcha, tea, coffee and other perishables can't be returned once shipped. Machines and equipment can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right. Full details in our Refund Policy.
