Brew guide

Espresso

18g in, about 36g out in 28 to 32 seconds. Grind finer for more body, coarser if it runs too fast.

Milk drinks

Holds up in lattes and flat whites, with the roast carrying through the milk.

Moka pot

Use a medium-fine grind and lift it off the heat as soon as the coffee flows.

Good to know

Roasted in small batches. Rest the beans about 5 to 10 days after the roast date, and enjoy within 4 weeks for peak flavour.

Store airtight, away from light, heat and moisture. Grind just before brewing.
