Shipping within Malaysia
Forest Cloud currently ships online orders within Malaysia.
Shipping rates
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM8 for orders below RM60. Free standard shipping for orders of RM60 and above.
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan): RM35 for orders below RM100. Free standard shipping for orders of RM100 and above.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays.
- Peninsular Malaysia: delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- East Malaysia: delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or remote-area coverage.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please ensure your email address, telephone number and delivery address are correct before submitting your order.
Address changes and delivery issues
If you need to correct your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible at hello@forestcloud.com.my. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched. Additional courier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Damaged, missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected period, contact hello@forestcloud.com.my with your order number and supporting photos where relevant. We will review the case with the courier.
This shipping policy applies to physical products purchased through the Forest Cloud online store. Experiences, classes, pickup orders and non-shippable items may follow separate fulfilment arrangements stated on their product pages.
