Sift 2g matcha. Add 60-70ml warm water around 75-80C. Whisk quickly until smooth and foamy.

Adjust the cup

Use slightly less water for a denser cup, or a touch more water for a softer daily bowl.

Serve immediately

Drink soon after whisking so the colour, aroma and foam stay fresh.

Storage after opening

Press out excess air, reseal airtight and keep chilled. Best around 5 Celsius. Avoid air, heat and sunlight.
