Start with a paste

Place 20g cocoa powder into your favourite mug. Add 40g of 80°C hot water and whisk carefully until all clumps are dissolved into a smooth base.

Build with milk

Swirl the mixture before pouring 120g of hot milk to top up your cup for a smooth, rich finish.

Sweeten last

This blend is lightly sweet on its own; adjust sugar to taste at the end.
